Favorite Street in Charleston
Tradd Street will always be my favorite because it is where I grew up. You can stand in the middle of the street and see that it runs from the Ashley River to the Cooper River.
Favorite Restaurant in Charleston
We always try to keep up with the latest restaurant but always circle back to Fulton Five. The food is great and the atmosphere is terrific.
Favorite Activity Outside of Work
Spending time on the creek on Wadmalaw Island with friends and family is the spot.
Favorite Local Product
I have a lady who makes sweetgrass baskets for me to give as presents. She is so talented and I cherish our relationship.

That would have to be The Run for Adela which is a 5k on the beach at Sullivan’s Island and the after party!

Mary Ann Kanters Cook
Jane Stoney Cook was wonderful to work with. As a dual agent in the transaction she had to balance the buyer and seller needs which she did very well from my perspective as the buyer. I’m pleased with my purchase!
Loved working with Jane Stoney Cook to find our new home. We really valued Jane's knowledge of the community and she helped us find the house that fit all our needs. Jane quickly sized up what we needed, showed us several options and guided us through the buying process. Highly recommend working with her to find your next home.
