Charleston Area July Market Recap

We are proud to share the Charleston area market recap for the month of July! The July 2020 real estate market is following the trend of the previous months with shortening market times and increases in average and median sales prices for most of the Lowcountry. The lessening number of homes available for sale continues to be an issue in most areas and one that we don’t see changing in the near future due to the lack of available land and planned developments.
It is important to note a nearly 32% increase over last July, July 2020’s home sales mark the largest number of sales recorded in the Charleston region according to Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR). Below you will find a report which illustrates year-to-date trends for several different locations in Charleston County.
