Henry did it!  Henry helped us find just the right home at a price that we were comfortable with.  In this tight housing market Henry was still able to get us into 3 houses the first morning that we met him.  By the third house we were ready to make an offer.  This is where Henry’s knowledge of the market and his professionalism really paid off.  He guided us to a realistic offer, arranged for an inspection, the termite inspection, and guided us to an excellent attorney.  Henry’s communications with us throughout the process was both timely and accurate.  We really appreciated his step by step guidance as well as the timeline for what to do and expect next.  We were able to close in about one month and are now enjoying the process of making this house a wonderful home.
