The nicest thing about Erik is that he was extremely easy to work with. I liked his professionalism and directness. He always called me back promptly and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely work with Erik again. My biggest pet peeve is a person who does not promptly return my calls or texts, within reason. I never once had to worry about that with Erik.
