Matt Petitte with the Cassina Group was an absolute blessing. Matt and I started the house hunt in Mount Pleasant SC over a year ago. At the beginning we walked multiple properties including vacant lots to try and find the perfect place. Matt went above and beyond every step of the way (calling sellers, enquiring about protected lands, finding builders etc.). Time went by and I received a custom email weekly with various homes which fit the bill, but unfortunately none of them were “the one”. One morning Matt sent me an email of a home that wasn’t even listed. Needless to say it was perfect and checked every box. This is when Matt really got to work.. He was always available at all hours of the day. He quickly responded to to emails, calls, and texts. We ended up in a bidding war and given this was my first home purchase he made sure everything was in order. I can never be more thankful for everything Matt did. He got me my dream home!
