We worked with Molly to build our new home in Summerville. She was great about helping us find the right neighborhood for us, as well as helping us keep our builder accountable (i.e. what delays or hiccups were “normal” for the building process vs where they were dropping the ball). She was also able to provide several referrals for inspectors, banks, etc. that were invaluable to our experience. Most importantly for me, Molly was incredibly responsive.
